    This is helping me heal through my pain . It helps me to feel grounded and strong, through a particularly dark time in my life. My Mountain is blue with white snow on top and is surrounded by tall Pine Trees 🌲 🗻 thank you so, so much Mindful movement for this beautiful, beautiful meditation.     it would be nice if you just 'talk to us'... don't tell us to relax and breath deep and breath....... just talk with out stopping..... just yap along about YOU walking along and doing things...... make us concentrate on YOU talking...... not on US.......... forget about the body parts.........
