    You have saved me! My husbands affair broke me into pieces. Two years on and i still find myself lost in my head full of doubt about my worthiness and comparing myself to her. I find such calm and distraction having your wonderful medetations in my ears. Thank you for saving me from the downward spiral. You truly are a beautiful soul

    I was feeling so much overwhelm, my sons refusing to go to school everyday. I single parent in the week and I was so overwhelmed, frustrated and just wanted to run away. Both my dogs got out and nearly caused a major crash and run over. I had therapy 40 mins after and it appeared on my phone your meditation. 10 minutes I was so much more grounded could drive to my session and got so much out of it. Thankyou so much xxx❤

    @@dianepines9014 he does go to school but it’s trying to help regulate him every day is exhausting and really overwhelming, when often I feel dysregulated my self.

    Thank you I really needed this as I just lost my job ss a teacher in a school I loved and expected to be back in September. I also am trying yo get a mortgage to buy a house so my children can grow up in. Now that won't happen so felt very overwhelmed stressed and upset. Emotionally tired and mentally worn out but this will help and gratitude for all the goods things in life
