  in other words. if you experience a lot of fluctuations in mental state frequent but minor, sure you will experience more temporary happiness, but i find that the constant negatives utweights the the positives and its almost like your baseline has lowered.

  What is it that makes some people be able to read this method faster than others, or some people struggle reading like this? I feel I read books fine, but it almost hurts reading the 150 words per minute pace at the beginning of this and I can't keep up with the next speed up. Is it because I'm dyslexic?
