An interesting topic on whether EULA(End User License Agreements) would hold up in a court of law because people would not typically read them.
For what it's worth the "manage cookies" button is illegal under GDPR (i.e. illegal to serve users from the EU). Accepting and declining must be equally easy according to the law.
