I’m a yoga teacher with chronic back pain & herniated discs, and that is the absolute best cuing I’ve ever heard for Sphinx pose. So many people say they don’t feel this pose. I always have but the creating space in the low back is a new sensation for me and has added even more benefit for me in this pose, thank you!

In 73 trying g yo stay mobile after multiple surgeries over the Kat two decades for breast cancer and numerous early injuries. I was a running, climbing , jumping and playing hardball with the boys little girl. 😂

Thank you Doctor .my pain gives me an ease after a lower back massage but then when i do my stretches ànd my biking ten minutes later my feet continues
My sciatic pain makes me limp as I cannot put pressure on one side. Hopefully these exercises will help. thank you!
Holy cow. Intense is too soft a word for that last stretch. Couldn’t even get to the part where I turn the foot out! Hoping if I keep doing some of these, it will get better

Wow people have sciatica pain for years. Sorry can't wrap my head around that. I cured my sciatica accidentally by dropping a fax machine on my big toe. I only had it for 3 weeks.😮

Hello David Sir! All ur sessions r awesome! Just a suggestion...why don't u record ur sessions beforehand n play them later when u r performing the asanas. I feel that way u will conserve ur energy on commenting n continuously talking while doing the asanas urself !!😅 Just a little synchronisation will b required.
