Lovely practice, the dance-like flow was really fun! I was a bit worried the pace would be too fast for me, but you still gave clear and useful cues all throughout it so it was easy to follow along without feeling rushed. My glimmer today was rereading my favorite childhood book ✨

What came up for me is being a bit more body aware, I feel even more connected. My knee bends are deeper and planks challenging but improving. As always I'm grateful. Ps my tummy is still gently decreasing. ♥️
