    I LOVED this practice, super yummy! You included some of my favorite stretches (Low Lunge with Side Stretch, Gate Pose, and Modified Side Plank), all of which I really enjoyed. I really felt the side stretches energizing me and the Warrior sequences opening my hips. Now I'm ready for an awesome day!
