Over the course of each day we accumulate stress and tension in our bodies. Over time this can lead to problems like chronic tight, sore and stiff muscles along with inflammation. In this practice we start our day by stretching and breathing and melting away stress held in the body so that we feel renewed and our bodies become resilient.

Loved some of the very original combos like cat and cow while in child's position. And rocking the yogi squat. I was able to learn, laugh and love during this class.
