    Didn't do the physical part but in the meditation I remembered walking on the beach with my late sister in times before Sciatica. Thank you for allowing me to spend time with her.

    Thank you for this beautiful meditation David. 🙏 I need to remember to come back to this when feeling anxiety. My glimmer from yesterday: my hubby making a joke on me. It made me laugh and I realized I need more jokes in my life and not to be so serious all the time. 😊

    Hello. I really enjoyed the meditation today. I find creative visualization is a fast track to raise my vibration. My memories were of being in nature with my dog and loved ones and time spent with my cat and dog and all the love we share. And good times with those I love. Like picking peaches years ago on a warm day in May. I have a great memory of running on the beach with my pup and both of us really happy and excited to be there together.

    What a beautiful way to start a Monday morning🌄During the meditation part, I beamed myself to one particular hike a few years ago. I was sitting on a boulder in total stillness, overlooking the forest and beautiful surroundings, only hearing the wind, some birds, and my breath. This moment somehow was very magical and I come back to it quite often to make me feel calm and at ease☮

    Despite not having much physical movement, this practice made me feel absolutely magical! Marinating in that beautiful memory during the meditation felt SO GOOD! My memory was sitting on a pier with my legs in the cool river last July with my favorite songs playing and my sister by my side. I was looking at the beautiful water and the clear blue sky, and feeling the best I have felt in my whole life. That was a truly magical moment, and being able to re-experience it for a few minutes was invigorating.
