Hi. I don’t normally do this but I came from a dysfunctional household. At the age of 19, someone introduced me to a Buddhist chant. Nam -Myoho-Renge-Kyo. It helped me see myself more clearly and achieve many goals. I was able to harness my energy into positive action and felt unstoppable. I overcame so many hardships. I’m doing exceptionally well now. At 56, I’m retired, very well off and happy overall. My greatest joy was raising 2 very gifted young men. I was able to sort out the negative mental effects of child abuse and neglect in my early twenty’s. The chant helped me to do that and is necessary to function properly in this world. Emotional wounds from the past (from your parents or from your loved ones) can sabotage your perspective of the world and relationships. When one chants this repeatedly, the tongue hits the upper palate and creates a vibrational effect on the head and the chakras. This effect changes your frequency, and soon you draw to yourself better and more positive life experiences. Like attracts like. Look it up and try it for yourself. Your whole life can unfold so differently than it is now. You don’t have to believe in Buddhism but you do have to try the chant to see for yourself. All the best to you!

The moment I start watching this, my brain shuts up and I relax. Thanks for a calm hour.

I usually don't listen to this type of music or anything, but I recently gave it a shot while I was studying for an exam. I have never been able to study so deeply and stay so focused while listening to music. I truly do think your music helped me score an extremely high score on my exam because this music helped me study so deeply. So I just wanted to say thank you for making such a perfect soundtrack to study to and relax :)

That's a great idea... if you speak it, it shall be... organize worldwide handpan meditations. I believe there are some groups whom have organized worldwide meditations where folks meditate simultaneously in public and private spaces. So it is possible to spread the love in places like hospitals, recovery centers, community centers, and the like. Just giving a little inspiration to make your wonderful idea come to life! Ase!

I’ve been struggling to meditate for 4 years. It’s something that the universe keeps telling me I need to do to get better.. stumbling on your handpan music has gifted me the motivation and the desire to meditate. My fear of the challenge isn’t as strong because I found the music that speaks to me, the music that I can lose myself peacefully in, within the present moment. I can’t thank you enough 🌙✨

Music has soul healing properties, and certain vibrations seem to be more powerful than others, though I can't pinpoint why. You my friend, seem to have found that perfect vibe with your little flying saucer. No matter what one individual believes in, or who or what they pray to, this energy is real for all of us.
