    Hi Friends! There was a glitch in the email system and this practice was emailed a couple hours late this morning to my Fresh Start 30 Day Challenge group. I know many of you are doing these practices before work and I'm SO SORRY the delay screwed you up. If you did miss it this morning, I hope you can come back to it later in the day.     That sounds like a classic Mercury retrograde issue. Thankfully, Mercury retrograde will be officially over exactly a week from now. Even though I wasn't affected by this issue, I really appreciate you acknowledging it and working on getting it fixed ASAP

    That‘s ok, I for example am joining from germany, so they are late anyways, which is why I started on the second of January and do the practice from the day before every morning 😊 Thank you so much! Love the mini meditation part in the beginning. 😊

    Upper body workouts have been one of my least favorites for such a long time, but I've been working on my upper body strength over the past two months and I have definitely noticed improvements. Thanks for that commitment I've made to myself, this practice felt refreshing and invigorating rather than exhausting or impossible. Yesterday's glimmer was feeling inspired to get back into my favorite hobby which I have been neglecting for months because I just haven't been feeling it.

    I think a lot of people are with you when it comes to not loving upper body workouts, but that's awesome that you're noticing some improvements and feeling inspired. The human body is just so amazing how it responds to a little mindful movement when we're consistent. And I LOVE that you're coming back to your favorite hobby!! There's transformation and magic in the air when the things we love start to inspire us again ✨

    I have tried doing interval training and Pilates but just can’t seem to stick with it. But I absolutely love it when you put those little bits in your practises. Thank you 🙏🏻

    Today's glimmer is I was talking to the nurse on the phone and was complaining because my cholesterol came back high and if I don't get it under control with diet and exercise which fortunately I have the exercise done she wants 4 days a week 30 minutes a day and I do 7 days. I said I don't know why I bother exercising and the nurse told me my good cholesterol is 79 so I get an A+ I just need to get the bad cholesterol down or I will need to go on Statins. Those swimmers are hard I remember at the gym trying to do them in Pilates class years ago and I just couldnt.
