    Yay, it's Tummy Tuesday! I woke up feeling like there was concrete in my veins instead of blood which upset me because today is a special day for me personally. So, I tapped on my thymus for 20 seconds while taking some deep breaths which helped me feel more awake but no less full of concrete. And then I came to the mat and now, after this Tummy Tuesday practice, I feel alive again! It was definitely challenging but I needed that fiery burn today so I can enjoy this evening's celebrations! P.S. My glimmer from yesterday was a brief moment after the beautiful gratitude meditation where I was at the kitchen sink, enjoying the morning sun streaming in to warm my face and brighten the succulents on the window sill. It looked so beautiful and in that moment, I felt so full of wonder and gratitude for this amazing world I am so blessed to be living in.

    Nice little ab workout! I love that you include the breathing exercise and the affirmations to every practice. They're the best and I think my new motto is: "Today I'll appreciate every opportunity to learn to love and to laugh". ♥️ Today my challenge was to keep my mind in the practice. Lately my mind has been wondering to work and other things during yoga. Maybe it's a sign for me to slow down a bit. 😊 Glimmer from yesterday: having a laugh at work and another one at a Spanish class. 😊
