Kettlebells are great for cardio and can help with muscular endurance (which is one dimension of strength that should be considered). But aside from preferring to hang a kettlebell from a weight belt rather than an Olympic plate, Rip is right in that barbells are better for maximum strength. However, cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance are also a piece of the puzzle and I have found kettlebell swings to be great for cardio and has helped me strengthen my low back. But no one tool is a be all end all imo, you simply pick the best tool for the job at hand.

I think an average man who workout with kettlebell will beat in fight average man who workout with bodybuilding system on machines and barbell. With Kettlebell you get more endurance and this is key. I remember myself when i used to workout as bodybuilder and how i felt myself. With Kettlebell my endurance is way superior.

I prefer the way Jeff is doing it. When I do it like you, at the end of the motion, I get lumbar flexion. And having the weight pulling on it, makes for a very dangerous exercise for me. The way Jeff does it is safer, i don't need too much activation of glutes, posterior chaine, I'm not some high performing athlete, just a regular 40 year old guy. I prefer all bending exercises to be stiff and with a low range of motion.

No-one in thier right mind should take a young S&C coach seriously if they have any ounce of sense, and particularly one who is essentially trying hard to ridicule a 70+ year old coach, for clx on social media, who has no significant injuries and is still strong and athletic. It's the age old problem of gym bro ego's and the no pain no gain mentality that is so entrenched in mens S&C culture, perfectly emobodied here in this guy and his hair and guys like Dan John. They just cannot bare the idea that they maybe wrong.

I have to disagree on the halos... I used to have a lot of shoulder pain and clicking with presses. Nowadays I do halos with a light bell (16kg) as a warm-up, it really improved my shoulder mobility, and the clicking and pain are gone. I know there are some other shoulder warm-up/mobility drills, but it definitely worked for me.

The only person making a HUGE mistake here is you. It must be another slow and uninspired day at the office when you have to piggy back on other people's content instead of producing your own (the new trend amongst KZreadrs successful enough to have developed a cult of personality) and talk down to your subscribers like they are literally retarded (but it's okay because they simp for you so hard). Fortunately, there's another simp born every millisecond that can't wait to have you talk down to them and then tell you how they couldn't have done everything they did on their own without you.
