    pretty tough. i modified a little because turkish getups are very difficult for me, also made it 2 rounds but did an extra where i alternated hands

    Gregory, can you do a snip on catching the kettle bell on the drop after a snatch... I find this is a cause of callouses on specifically ring finger with heavier bells.
