    Yes BUT... Prioritize 90 Days *first*. If you have a day off on your 90 Days calendar of scheduled workouts, then you can sneak this in if you're up for it. Does that make sense, Thomas?

    So you too have been visited by the tabata police. I remember from the 90's that if it isn't on a stationary bike, if it isn't a 20/12 ratio, if your VO2Max isn't at a certain level...then it isn't tabata. Whatever, huh?
