I’m definitely going to have to use my 12 KG for the Windmills. I have a difficult time doing that exercise with heavier kettlebells

I am thinking about purchasing a pro kettlebell. What is the difference between the Atlas and the Apollo kettlebell? I will also be incorporating abs with the 6 week challenge

The Apollo follows traditional competition specifications. The Atlas is smaller by about 15%
