did a half version of this workout with 20kgs as well; 20 jerks + 25 snatches per hand, and repeat it 5 times (100 jerks and 250 snatches). too good! I feel like my cardio can handle more reps but my strenght endurance cannot. aiming to complete this workout in one set one day

Did a lighter version of this today with a pair of almost identical cast iron 16s, really awesome session and very useful to see where there are gaps in my technique and efficiency and a great mental challenge as an add-on. Also I can definitely still feel the EPOC (PEOC?), the post-exercise oxygen consumption and activation. I was certainly not as fast as Gregory, but got both numbers in well under the 10min that I gave for each. Also rested for maybe 4min after the jerks as I did want to finish the prescribed reps and not fail due to not having recovered enough. Thanks for this, I look forward to visiting it again.

I like where you've been going lately. The Dojo system is a mini-biathlon with a swing warm-up and a squat after-burner. And now this. I wonder what you do for mobility. As an older giryavik I am finding I'm not a limber as I used to be although my strength is doing great (when my acromion isn't acting up).

Hey wait, I only just realized this is Steve Cotter's IKFF Level 2 Certification Test! Haha! Except that there is NO BREAK between the Double Jerk and the Single Kettlebell Snatch in the Level 2 test, according to the IKFF's website...

Wow! That is a good routine as always. Gregory, how often do you use chalk when you workout with kettlebells? Do you do it from the start or when you start to sweat?

Fragging insane 😮 it’s high time for a side-by-side of Gregory 2019 and the Gregory-San that just burned through 100 snatches. The difference between the body forms would be flabbergasting! Excellent display of guts & grit here too. My respect! 🫡
