32kg Windmill.. dayum that is crazy

Stack the joints, brace your core/trans abdominus, own the lift!
That was indeed insane. Kudos that you completed it.
That stability on the windmill…nice one. Im up to 50lb windmill and just the slightest twist felt like it woukd tear my arm off.
Very inspiring! You handled that workout like aa boss. Would love to see you interviewed on Rogan someday
dude Strong Effing Work, you really got after it!
That was amazing great work
Oh neat, follow along. Think I’ll try this one tomorrow haha 😂
You're so thoughtful and thorough, I'm sure there's a reason why you're not going all the way up on the pushups. Mind sharing your reasoning behind this?

I can only assume, but since the latest science shows that a lot of the muscular stimulus is mostly tied to the deep stretch and less so about the full extension, that could be a possible explanation, since he is still very thorough about the depth. Plus, not fully extending the joints makes it a lot harder, whereas a full extension leads to a little "rest-pause" at the top of the concentric movement. I'm also a big fan of the full range of motion, but cutting the extension a little short doesn't really take away from the effectiveness stimulus as long as that deep stretch is still achieved. Now, if you look at it that way, one could argue that if you level your hand position a little off the ground - i.e. by resting them on the handles of two decently heavy KBs - you could achieve an even deeper stretch, because the floor limits it a bit. Kind of, if you compare barbell and dumbbell bench-pressing. But this is only an assumption from professional experience, @lebestark-official would have to answer that himself (and I'm also curious wether I'm right, or if there is another reason to it). Please enlighten us, sensei.

@@Neverm0re1985 this is exactly it. No need to waste any time or movement that won't add value and may even slightly detract from the goal
Good work coach
Love your energy and what you bring. You have motivated me to get off my fat ass and appreciate the foot in the butt. Thanks Lebe
good effort !
Holy shit I watched the entire thing. You were gassed but F’ing delivered the goods! Hell yeah.

That's a thing I like about IRONWOLF too
Nice work! If I were to do this on a regular basis I’d probably put the push-ups and squats after the KB and before the Prowler (decreasing neurological demand as to not interfere with the KB lifts).
You look Great!!
Unreal. Way too much for me even at much lower weight. Will stick to my basic stuff like swings, deadlift etc. at 78, I'm basically doing this so I can live a healthy life for the next decade or two
Doing this tomorrow
Would this be a good circuit if I use lower weight as a beginner?
You are a beast 😮
Great job! But should you really bend your back like that for the jerks?
Yo Nikolai’s pro KBs are sweet eh? I’ve got the Atlas silver clear coats but that red is boss. Are you replacing with all new Pro KBs behind you?

Yes! The ProKettlebell is the best on the market.
Great workout, with 32 kb you are savage. Did you miss one handed swings?

Danke schon. Not all heroes wear capes. 💪 this is awesome
Are those half pushups?
Wow, cool workout. I need to do that with 8kg 😂 to survive.
Nice work. I’d like to give it a try, but I don’t have a treadmill or prowler at my home gym.
@lebe-stark

Substitute the prowler with a heavy Farmer’s Walk and the treadmill with 1-Pump Burpees! 💪

What is the alternative for prowler sled for home workout?
@brawndothethirstmutilator9848

Closest equivalents are probably weighted step ups on a very short platform or weighted partial range of motion reverse lunges.

Man… if Joe keeps this up he’s gonna turn himself into a damn Grizzly.
Why partial press-ups instead of full press-ups?
@Trevin11

More time on tension for pecks, less shoulder.
Looks challenging for sure but nothing i want to try in the near future, partly due to a non recovered fracture and partly due to i have got tired of this kind of workouts
I'll try this with an 8kg kettlebell!! 😶🌫
Scheint dich gefordert zu haben. Nächstes mal bitte mit einer 40er😂
I would highly recommend the Hindu push ups or the Dive Bomber push ups and the Hindu squats. These exercises activates almost every muscle of your body. More power and keep doing great videos 💪
I think I will skip this workout. No sledge or treadmill in my bedroom.
