You're so thoughtful and thorough, I'm sure there's a reason why you're not going all the way up on the pushups. Mind sharing your reasoning behind this?

I can only assume, but since the latest science shows that a lot of the muscular stimulus is mostly tied to the deep stretch and less so about the full extension, that could be a possible explanation, since he is still very thorough about the depth. Plus, not fully extending the joints makes it a lot harder, whereas a full extension leads to a little "rest-pause" at the top of the concentric movement. I'm also a big fan of the full range of motion, but cutting the extension a little short doesn't really take away from the effectiveness stimulus as long as that deep stretch is still achieved. Now, if you look at it that way, one could argue that if you level your hand position a little off the ground - i.e. by resting them on the handles of two decently heavy KBs - you could achieve an even deeper stretch, because the floor limits it a bit. Kind of, if you compare barbell and dumbbell bench-pressing. But this is only an assumption from professional experience, @lebestark-official would have to answer that himself (and I'm also curious wether I'm right, or if there is another reason to it). Please enlighten us, sensei.

Nice work! If I were to do this on a regular basis I’d probably put the push-ups and squats after the KB and before the Prowler (decreasing neurological demand as to not interfere with the KB lifts).
