    Gregory has some solid delts. All that KB overhead work. Thoae Burpees bring back memories, memories of pain and suffering having to to Burpees in full kit at a Paratrooper. kit is your Kevlar (helmet) , plate carrier (body armor) which weighs 22 to 25 lbs. 6-30 round magazines.
