    I love these workouts that you’ve been posting. Is it possible to type it out and attach it to your post? For example: Snatch: 20 reps Swings: 20 reps Etc… Etc.. Would be very helpful. Thanks! 🙏

    Hi! Das ist mein neuer Favorit. Diese Kombination hat mich (61 J.) direkt angesprochen. Ich habe sie gerade ausprobiert. Allerdings habe ich deutlich weniger Gewicht genommen, und zwar eine 16 kg Kettlebell. Beim Snatch bin ich auf den Half-Snatch ausgewichen, weil ich in diesem Bereich noch Schwächen habe. Die Goblet-Squats musste ich durch Single Hand Heavy Club (10 kg) Inside Circles ersetzen, weil meine Kniegelenke gerade etwas schmerzen. Die Wiederholungen habe ich exakt eingehalten und drei Runden absolviert, als Ausgleich für das geringe Gewicht 😉. Hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Die Übung wird fester Bestandteil meines Trainings, das ist sicher. Danke dafür und liebe Grüße, Uwe.

    Guten Morgen! Das Ganze hat mich so angefixt 😂, dass ich daraus eine „abgespeckte“ Morgen-Routine gemacht habe. Nur drei Übungen mit den genannten Reps (H2H Swings, Clean & Press und Snatch (bzw. Half-Snatch, s. Knieprobleme)). Außerdem nur 12 kg. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man so durchaus auf ein Warm Up verzichten kann. Für die gesamte Runde habe ich 9 Minuten gebraucht. Das ist ein guter Start in den Tag. Im Übrigen: Gregory, deine 28 kg in dem Kontext sind schon ein Brett, ganz klar Next Level, eher sogar Next Next Level 😎. Liebe Grüße, Uwe

    Can’t wait to return to my kettlebell workouts with you and Angie, but broke wrist 5 weeks ago, and think will be a long recovery to gain my strength to lift the bell.

    This is the seconde time i forget to chalk up for these unbroken sets, and in the last snatches i am fighting to not drop the kb.

    I was just working on single cleans then doing an overhead farmers walk in between each. I definitely felt it !

    This belt system looks good. It is like the IKFF CKT system but tailored to people who don't want to teach only to measure themselves against others. Like the military snatch challenge in Hungary, but it is more accessible due to the KB weight categories. This is a cert system that I'd train for bc I can progress due to the many belt colour and weight combinations. Do I understand correctly if there is a beginner/advanced/pro progression with 9 levels each?

    I tried to do it, the full reps but it might be better for me to start 30, 10, 10 and 10 unbroken.
