I’m interested in, if / how you solve the heeling over, taking on water problem. Maybe increasing ballast, maybe increasing the weight of your center board, maybe releasing the jib or main sheet to dump the gusting wind, maybe moving to the boat’s high side, maybe some combination? Heh, heh, taking on water is no joke. Thanks for sharing your adventure…from east Tennessee.

I can't wait to go dinghy cruising - still looking for something suitable. I live in Port Macquarie and toyed with the idea of building something in the gaff cuddy cabin style. However I have no experience and perhaps need a little more patience. Thank you for these informative videos. I think I would enjoy the social side as much as the sailing. Lee Ho!
Hi Marshall, keep looking on Gumtree and marketplace suitable small boats come up quite often, happy hunting, cheers Paul
@@SailingKateLouise Thanks so much Paul for your suggestions - The search continues. Noticed a Cornish Crabber 19 footer for sale in Port Macquarie on a trailer.....however at $65 K it s a bit out of my price range.
Ah yes, I was working away in the nice dry boatshed hearing the rain beating down on the tin roof and thinking of you poor wet souls out there enjoying the weather.
Hi Steve yes it's rained on the last 2 outings....that's almost a pattern....can't wait to see Sweet Caroline soon, cheers Paul
It must have been cold, even Bruce had his wet weather gear on!
What can I say ... but yes, cheers Paul
Hi Paul, would you mind posting the name if the Portuguese channel you mentioned? The transcript didn’t pick it up.
He is Teo and his channel is Video Rambler. Thanks for watching, cheers Paul
@@SailingKateLouise pretty close, I believe it's Boat Rambler 🙂
Wanderfull raid, very interesting activities, Congratulations en make so nice group actions.
Thank you for watching Pedro and leaving a comment, cheers Paul
Perfect amount of boat yarns, gadgets, Sailing shots, B-roll and food talk. Great video as usual Paul, thank you for sharing. Oh yes, shiny and dials… that’s sounds about right.
Hi John yes made good coffee. Thanks again for watching, cheers Paul
Paul please get yr wife to trim your eyebrows it's distracting ..
Perhaps the sailing genre not for you John. Plenty of other channels for men that pay attention to other mens eyebrows though, maybe you'll pick up some tips on how to apply eyeliner as well on those channels ..
Ha ha .....I didn't realise I had a John Howard problem, cheers Paul
Ocean racers used to say it was like tearing up $100 notes under a cold shower. You guys seem to be having much more fun - particularly tge guy in the Ozgoose! Great video and a great fleet of characters.
Yes you don't need a big boat or even a shiny boat to have fun on the water and it's the company that makes these outings such fun. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment , cheers Paul
Buenisimoo!.Que lugares!.Felicitaciones?!..Un gran abrazo desde Argentina!
Gracias José, sí, nos divertimos aunque el clima no fue muy bueno. Gracias por mirar y dejar un comentario, saludos Paul.
