Paul , a good video and an intro to more boat designs. I like your boat because it is a honest design. It has the large cockpit that a sailor loves , yet provides a cuddy to escape the elements when anchored. Furthermore , while compact , it is sufficiently stable to provide a feelng of security. Cruising on a tender boat is not fun. Tender is ok for a quick thrill but does not cut it for safe comfortable cruising. Fair winds Paul

The "cooking niche" or built in metal box to house the burner and kettle is brilliant. Somehow in all the camping and sailing videos that I've been watching no one has an actual "box" for the cooking rig. I've seen shields or metal wind blocks but never the box. So much more to share. Hobart every year is a winter treat for me. Here in New Hampshire. And occasionally I mention my other Aussie You Tube Super Stars: Of course SLV but also Richard Musgrave-Evans. Yea so... G'day, mate! ✨🌸💦🙏💦🌸✨

Sailing and improvised cheffing, your channel has it all. The Sharpies look big for river cruising, launch and recovery but small for blue water with the trailer restricting beam, were they awkward to get in the water?

Hi Glen well the 23 was a 2 man job and I didn't see the 26 launch, but being that long it would have been a challenge...I think it's 1 1/2 tons. Also to launch the 23 we had to reverse and stop suddenly, the boat would keep moving a foot or so.
