The rear delt raise is my favorite, I never knew the name of it but it just feels good and is an easy way to introduce a heavier weight.
Exercising,no eating wheat,and sleep about 7hrs will restore back your belly to a normal look.I did these for 3 months and it works.After 3 months of not eating wheat you won't go back eating it.
The giant, ridiculous logo covering muscle groups makes these videos trash.

Not perfect but with a few changes can be safe and efficient. I don’t recommend 01. Chin down without pushing with hands is safer.
Not perfect but if we know a little about muscles training we can modify as needed. And slower is better. No 10 not recommended
