    The rear delt raise is my favorite, I never knew the name of it but it just feels good and is an easy way to introduce a heavier weight.

    Exercising,no eating wheat,and sleep about 7hrs will restore back your belly to a normal look.I did these for 3 months and it works.After 3 months of not eating wheat you won't go back eating it.

    Not perfect but with a few changes can be safe and efficient. I don’t recommend 01. Chin down without pushing with hands is safer.

    Not perfect but if we know a little about muscles training we can modify as needed. And slower is better. No 10 not recommended

    Cruised 15 yrs ago and it was so fantastic. Greece Egypt Cozumel South Pacific Amalfi on Princess RCL & HAL. My son wanted me to go with family on RCL to Caribbean 2023. food was horrible. You pay more now & get less. I dont like going to RCL’s island owned spots either where more $$$$ is sucked out of you. I
