    Thank You Very Much For This Workout Plan As You Helped Me By Putting This Exercise Routine Right At My Fingertips-Now, It’s Up To Me Personally To Be “Disciplined & Dedicated” Enough To Learn & Get Used To Doing This Exercise Routine Every Day.     I can do numbers 7 and 9 with my low back pain. Any thing you can do to strengthen your abs and core muscles will help support and take pressure off the spine
