Tighten & Flatten Your Stomach in 1 Move (No Sit-Ups or Gym) Dr. Mandell
This exercise that I will present is the best exercise you can do for your abdominal region. The transverse abdominis muscle is what holds and supports the lower back and pelvic structures. These muscles must be strong to help support the surrounding organs and other core muscles.
These muscles support breathing by helping to pull the abdomen inward, and in that way force air out of the lungs to make room for a new breath of fresh air. These muscles also raise the intra-abdominal pressure which is necessary for functions like urination, defection (having a bowel movement), vomiting, and vaginal childbirth.

My chiropractor showed me how to do exercises for my low back, but I appreciate this so much. Some people can't get on their knees to exercise, but this core exercise is easy and doable for everyone. Stomach vacuum works! Just do it consistently with exercise and a low sugar/carb low processed food diet and I promise you that belly will go down.

I rarely eat highly or medium processed food. My diet is very healthy. Interestingly enough, I'm overweight because I don't eat enough, so I'm finding I have to eat more. Now I'm losing weight.

Have you seen physical results while doing it while running? Do you just suck in the entire time?
I have an umbilical hernia, and it’s been very hard to do exercises to tighten /strengthen my abdominal muscles without hurting it further. I just tried these and I can totally do these without hurting my hernia! Thank you so much Dr! God bless you!

Absolutely worth it and absolutely works. Took me 3 days to see results after 5 days 2 inch reduction. I went from 30 inches to 28 inches

I'm actually thin and I've always had a fit body but, in the past couple of years I've been having this bulging tummy that is really bothering because of lack of excersize. I have been doing this for three days now. This is actually working! I hope I can get my flat tummy back, I'm already seeing changes in my waist. Thank you.

@@marieglenn8175 I actually felt and in fact could see real tightness around my waist. It took just afew days to notice a defined line is back above my stomach area. It's been a month or so and there's another. The stomach bulge is not gone but, it seems to have gotten smaller a bit and I could feel it but, again the biggest change so far from this exercise has to be around the waistline.
