Proven Exercises for a Firm, Defined Jawline & Neck | Dr. Mandell

Facial exercise can make your face look young and eliminate a double chin, define your jawline and neck, without any chemical-based creams, injections or surgery.
The chin is surrounded by muscles just like the rest of your body. So it’s possible to exercise these muscles in the chin and neck to achieve a slimmer, more toned jawline, free from double chin. You should exercise your chin the same as any part of your body in the gym.

These are wonderful exercises! I'm a pole dancer and my neck and jaw was super tight. I got compliments about it but when I had to take a couple years off I felt saggy and looked older. I've always looked about 15-20 years younger than my real age. So this week I started pole dancing again and going upside down and I swear to God my neck is tight again. Less than 5 days. So I realized that I can also lay on my back on my yoga ball , let my head hang back and then super slowly try to lift my head up and then hold for 10 seconds. If you don't have a yoga ball you can lay on your back on your couch or bed and let your head hang off the edge , then slowly left your head about 1/2-1 inch and hold. To get the side muscles slowly turn your head left to right after holding. Good luck y'all. No need for plastic surgery! 🎉

These exercises are great in moderation (because there is a risk of fat cell depletion around the mouth with repetitive dynamic motions -- take a look at Harry Styles if you don't believe us). If you can do it, whole body exercise is better for the skin (and the body, of course). Body fat composition explains sagging in the face better than age. kzread.info/dash/bejne/q6auvNKdqNnYlpM.html

@@firewomannz3628 It might work for one better but it wouldn't hurt anything to try it. Keep you a log book on how many you have done. Also take a picture and put the date with the picture then in the first week you can look at it and see if there is any progress. I am going to try it. The doctor is so smart!! And just think he doesn't ask for a dime..Good luck...

I am amazed that after just following along with Dr. Mandell for my very first time, I can FEEL that I have put those muscles through a real workout! Doctor, thank you sooo much for creating a sharing such an amazing facial workout for what I consider my biggest problem area. I plan to take weekly photos to track the changes I am hoping to see.

I can feel it. I used to do these but never ever felt the feeling of the face work out like this. I stopped doing them as I was told they make your face skin worse but I can actually feel my muscles in my jaw and neck have had a little work out there. I'm gonna start doing these also as well as his tummy ones. Iv been fasting on and of for 2 weeks. Lost 8 pounds so far. Drinking tons of water. Working out as best I can with a bulging disc in my back. So far so good. I'm small in height 5ft so putting 2 stone on in almost 2 years is not good. Also a bit of weight lose will help my back. I'm getting there lol. X

@@carolevans5285 I actually don't do any jawline exercises reason being, I hear many pple say they get alot wrinkles, facial skin becomes worse, the results are short term, I only do my workouts but believe my jawline is okay! It's in V shape, I do Billy Blanks exercise for losing weight, sculpting, lower body etc!
