    Tapping was one of many modalities I used when fighting a rare, aggressive cancer for which I was given 12 to 18 months to live....11 years ago. I had surgery but no chemo or radiation. I would not have thought tapping would do anything, but it does. I thank God for every day i am here.

    Tapping is a life saver for me. As I tap the points I say - I will release my stress today-I am empowered- I am strong- I am loved- Although I get anxious-Although I have pain- I choose to relax - and I love and accept myself- I am relaxed and will have a wonderful day! I do this for about 5 minutes every morning. If I can’t sleep I do it in bed and at the end I say I am relaxing and will go to sleep. Thank you for your great demonstration. Everyone should try it. It works!!!

    This works, a couple months ago i had a heart attack and found out i have heart failure my heart functions at only 40% and i have been stressed so much lately until i came upon this on youtube i started watching it and i started doing it and it really helps

    I have worked in western Health Care system for many years and found it to be lacking to maintain overall good health. As I grew older myself, I decided to try other health modalities and discovered the wonderful world of facial tapping and massaging areas to release lymph in the body only recently. Your videos encouraged my further exploration into alternatives to the areas of maintaining health that western medicine often lacks. Even my mother combatted cancer with alternative medicine techniques where her western doctors gave her no hope and pronounced a death sentence. This was when I was a teenager. She lived 30 more years! Thank you for opening the eyes and minds to alternatives and giving us the knowledge to effectively manage our own health.

    I started tapping a few months ago but didn't read the benefits as i as didn't want any preconceived ideas. After two weeks i noticed my arthritic knees were less painful. A week later i no longer needed my crutch. It was only then i thought to check on the benefits and was amazed to find how it can help so many conditions. Needless to say i have been tapping away merrily ever since and will tell anyone who will listen but unfortunately not many will even try it!!

    I'm a chronic anxiety sufferer and have been having panic attacks for 23 years now. As I was starting to get into that restless irritation and discomfort, I decided to do the tapping. I can't believe it actually worked!!! And I'm someone who's been on various meds throughout the years, in and out of therapy... so I reckoned nothing this 'simple' could work on me, but here we are and I'm so grateful, Dr. Mandell!! :D

    I started tapping about 3 weeks ago because I was having trouble sleeping and that was causing anxiety happy to say tapping has helped tremendously with the anxiety and to some extent also has helped with my insomnia, which im still working on. I wish everyone the very best.

    This one actually works. I started it yesterday and after doing it 3 times in a row, my whole body relaxed. I woke up with anxiety today, went and sat down and did this immediately, 3 times again, and I am totally relaxed now. This is like a miracle for me. Thank you so much!!

    Thank you for this video! Such an important technique to spread the word about. I started tapping 15 years ago and it has helped me deal with… Everything. I have been able to deal positively with childhood issues I’ve carried into adulthood, with grief during and after my father‘s battle with Alzheimer’s, as well as various pains, stresses, and anxiety. I find it helps on the first round of tapping to assign a number to the level I feel my condition is. When I am through and take a deep breath, I assess where that number is now. If it is not lower than a two, I do another round of tapping with the new number and keep going until it is very low or gone. Then I proceeded to do a round or two with positive statements. I try to be a specific as possible… If something has many facets, I tap for each facet. It’s an ongoing process. If something I am tapping about brings tears, I tap through the tears. This has been amazingly helpful to me.

    Thank you so much Dr. I have been under attack for 10 months by a stalker, I’ve been in fight or flight mode for 10 months and this simple technique just calmed me, I almost feel like a human again instead of a bag of anxiety depression and fear.
