    So guys sharing my experience, Weight: 58kg 1 Day ✅: well it was very very very hard for me for the first day. I couldn't do the planks properly but I will continue doing this exercise for a week. Day 2✅: i did it! But still couldn't do the planks mai knee truck that much *sob* but i will still continue it. Day3 ✅: it's burning! I literally still cannot do the planks properly I can do that only for 20 sec i guess. Idk why but these exercises are pretty hard for me. Hope soon I will find it easy to do. Day 4 ❌: well I was busy all day because I have exam tomorrow. *Got my period today😢 So, I will continue this maybe from 3march* So i am back !! Starting this again from day 1 and thia time i am gonna do this for a whole week without a break Day1✅: agh did it! It was painful tough. But i will not give up! Day 2 ✅: i did it ! 🙂 Day3 ✅: did it!     @arafanihar8988 Took me 3 months. I also ate lite meals. Avoided eating to many sweets and bread. I have never been fat. I just had love handles (weight around my belly and sides)

    @@KtcbkiGgifxxdd Yes, slightly. Remember, losing weight isn't an overnight miracle. Especially fat around the lower belly/stomach area. I was never fat. Just developed fat around my belly and love handles. I'm glad I did the exercises. Just make sure to do these exercises and also eat well during this time until you achieve the results you are happy with. I've put on belly fat again after 1 year. I've been eating too many chocolates, especially at night😁 I have to start these exercises again. 💪

    Started my workout from today. So, sharing my experience Weight - 55 Day 1- Done it difficultly 😢 Day 2,3,4,5 - I haven't done it due to some personal reasons.. I will do it from tommorrow onwards and I will update you.. Challenge restarted Day 1 - Successfully completed 😊 Day 2- completed ❤ My happiness after doing this exercise is I can see my body sweating... Day 3- Done 🙄 Day 4 - perfectly done 😂 Day 5- Noticed some changes 😊 Day 6 - ❤ Day 7 - perfectly completed the challenge 🎉 I decided to continue this challenge for the next 7 days❤ Hey guys, day 1-Again successfully completed 💯 Day 2-Completed 😮 Hey guys, I forgot to say that I am taking a good diet during these challenge days... So I will briefly explain my diet... My diet plan is that 1. First of all, I completely avoided eating rice 2.I skip food at night I wanted to tell you one more thing..i.e, I am OK with my diet... Pls don't imitate it. Sometimes that may not be applicable for you guys. So, All the best guys ❤ One more thing guysss, sometimes I may forget to update my challenge details...     Day 1✅ finished the excercises with ease. Can't wait to complete the journey Day 2✅ body is sore, it was very hard to do the exercises. Completed them none the less Day 3✅ I'm still very sore but it was much easier to do the exercises Day 4✅ Body is still a bit sore. First 5 exercises were easier to do but it was hard with the last 3. I'm however more determined than ever Day 5✅ Soreness has faded, I've noticed "dents" in the sides of my belly. Not sure if they have always been there and I just didn't notice. Haven't seen a sufficient amount of change but I'll compare the pictures from day 1 and 7 when I complete the challenge. Day 6✅ I'm at a stage where I can workout and not wake up sore😂I'm gonna try to keep the streak. Day 7✅ Realized I had not done the excercises after dinner but I wasn't gonna let that stop me. I was so full and my body was heeeeeavy 😂. My belly is not completely gone but I see that it is squishy and rests towards the bottom now. Normally it would be firm and just looks like I'm 4/5M pregnant😅. Another thing is I used to feel very heavy in my body but now I feel lighter. It is important to note that I have not changed my diet in any way or form. This routine works for me and I'll continue to do it until I get the desired results. Day 8✅ Have added another routine to this one. Still on the fence about whether to keep doing the both of them together Day 9✅ Decided to just do two sets instead of adding a different routine. I didn't finish excercise 7 in the second set...it was so hard😭😭😭 Day 10✅ A bit sore in the ribs from yesterday Day 11✅, Day 12✅, Day 13✅, Day 14✅, Day 15✅, Day 16✅, Day 17✅, Day 18❌, Day 19❌, Day 20❌, Day 21✅

    Here updating it Day 1 : feeling a little tired,legs are hurting Day 2: skipped because leg pain ( recommed doing a little warm up before starting it) Day 3 : did it , feeling better than first day Day 4: much better Day 5: feeling a little more sweaty didn't feel any changes till now

    Guys I have been doing this workout since 2023 and now it's 2024 In 2023 I weighed 78kg and now I weigh 53 kg I cut out all high sugar products replaced white sugar with brown sugar I stopped eating foods rich in carbohydrates I walked 10000 steps everyday I drank 8-10 glasses of water daily Be patient , one day you will lose your fat and become slim and trim first week u will start feeling pain but after 2 weeks u will get good results🎉🎉 Thank you so much❤❤❤❤

    Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) Exercise without good nutrition leads to nothing in my opinion. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it' working perfectly for me. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. 100% recommend.

    It's not that hard. And it'll only take you about 20mins. Start 'small', 20 to 30 seconds at a time ;)

    STARTED WORKOUT FROM TODAY!! 7-Day Record ( Twice a day) Current weight --> 66.90 kg Ideal weight --> 50 kg Height--> 5"2 ft. Age-->13 Day 1--- First time: Did it!! And it was really tiring and Breathtaking but, Giving some sense of contracting of my belly... Second time ---- Did it!! Tiring too..and After workout my weight is 66.55 kg ( lost weight!!)

    Day 1: it was a struggle. Had to stop and take a little break for almost every exercise Day 2: it was much harder than yesterday. Had to take multiple breaks. Was really sore from yesterday

    Hlo guys I'm sharing my experience Weight-49 Day-1 little tough but can do it. Day-2 I can do it a bit easier Day-3 very easy lemon quize Day-4 i was bust cause tmmrw was my exam Now doing without brake🔥💯 Day 14 i am 38 now ❤❤😊 (I exercised 4hrs daily for a fortnight)

    @@rakshas456 yeah I used to do planks for 2mins (5reps 3sets) and dead hang raises for the same I used to run atleast 10km 3-5 days a week and my diet was eg. you are eating 2 bowl of rice so change it to 1 or 1.5 eat more protein and reduce ur capacity of eating and if u feel hungry Then drink water as much or eat fruits like orange,apple,etc.. don't eat banana bcz it will increase ur weight. Any more query let me know!!

    Finished my seventh day.Feeling lot better than a week ago.At the start it was tough and I was able to do 3 workouts for 45 seconds.But it improved gradually and now it became one of my hobbies.Now I'm feeling fitter than earlier and hoping to continue this daily.Thanks a lot for this video!     Sharing my experience - Day 1- Very difficult completed all Day 2- Very difficult completed all Day 3- Beside this I am also doing some other exercises Day 4- Completed all but nonchange till now( IKR it take some time) Day 5- Doing and feeling a very very little change (Smaller than a particle of an atom)😂😂 Day6- remind me my Queens with each like Actually this is very effective but to see a vast change you can do it for 2 weeks continuously..❤❤😊😊

    Im boy age:15 and weight:70kg height:5'9 My workout routine First this workout session after 2 minutes break I do rope skipping and 200 jumping jacks After 5 minutes I do biceps curls Day 1: little bit hard i wasn't able to do bycycle crunches ✅ Day 2: did every exercise was able to do bycycle crunches ✅

    So guys sharing my experience Today,Day 1 While doing plank felt a lot of pressure in my abdomen and while doing leg tuck in ,bicycle crunchces and flutter kicks my whole leg was paining but after completing it I was sweating a lot. Hope I complete this challenge and see myself losing weight Day -2 While doing exercises I was very tired. But still I managed to do. But took breaks in bicycle crunches and flutter kicks. But still feeling 😊 good and I can see changes. So see you for Day -3 So Day -3 Today I am happy because I can feel my core is becoming stronger. I was able to hold on flutter kicks but still struggling with bicycle crunches and leg tuck in. But I hope I will be able to hold on. So see for Day-4 Day-4 Today I was able to hold on bicycle crunches but struggled with flutter kicks and leg tuck in.Hope.I will be able to do all exercises for 45 seconds. So see you for Day -5😊. Day- 5 Today I did flutter kicks nicely and bicycle crunches in a different way as it is easy for beginners. Otherwise today everything was good except leg tuck ins. So this was my today's experience. Now I am feeling the burn ❤️‍🔥. So here comes day -6 Today my core had become hard and I did both bicycle crunches and flutter kicks. But leg tuck-ins are a little difficult so I think it will take time,but I can feel that I am becoming healthier.😄 Day-7 Today I couldn't do anything because my legs were hurting so yeah will do tomorrow 😄 Day 7 again- Today finally I have completed the 7 day challenge. I did flutter kicks and bicycle crunches continuously. Don't think I am not going to stop. I will keep doing until I get abs. By the way this video is very useful. 👍 I Didn't think I could get so healthier. ☺ Thank you so much. Day 8 and 9- With this video and healthy diet I have lost some belly fat and my core has also become hard. Now I am very happy that I can do all the exercises. For beginners I would say that at first it will be very difficult but with time your body will also respond to your exercises. So don't lose hope if you can't do it for the first time 👍 Day 20 Now I have lost much fat. I am feeling healthier than ever. I am able to run faster and jump long distances that I wasn't able to do 20 days before. With a healthy diet and these exercises you can lose fat . I didn't expect that I can lose fat so easily and in less time.😊 SO GUYS I AM BACK AGAIN Day- 1 Now I can feel the phrase ' Practice makes a man perfect. Although It is my day 1 still I can do all the exercises easily except bicycle crunches. No worries I will again cover everything. Anyways wish me luck and all the best to those who have just started 😊😊. DAY 2 doneeeeeee easily except bicycle crunchces 😢😢😢😢. No problem will do when i get a habit of doing exercises 😊. DAY 3 Today I sweated a lot . I did this exercise 2 times as i felt need for it. Today also the same problem arrived in bicycle crunches. Now will see you at Day-4 . Day -5 and 4 Today I did all the exercises easily but yesterday that is day -4 I was close to finish😊ing the exercise.. but anyways I did it today

    So Gujjsss, I'm doing this, along with some other exercises too. Current weight: 83 kgs 💙Week 1💙 💞Day 1: ✅ felt easy. Omoo... That flutter kicks are dangerous. 💞Day 2: ✅️ felt very tired and sore. 💞Day 3: ❌️i can't even stretch my body😭 💞Day 4: ❌️ Sorry guys i forgot to do.     Day 1 do half exercise with very difficulty😣 Day 2 do more than half exercises with difficulty in morning before going to college 😩 Day 3:did all exercises but not continuesly gap between each exercise attending calls in between but yes today I completed all exercises of this video with difficulty off course😅😢 Day 4 I was late for my college so I skip exercise today😅😂 Day 5 I did exercise but again with difficulty 😣 I don't know when exercise will get easy for me😂 Day 6 no energy for exercise so did only few exercise today Day 7 did all exercises 😊
