  The video is very old, so I hope someone can help me, I have that camera, and it worked well until now until I decide to take it out to record some things and the screen is black completely but you can hear the little sound that it usually makes when it turns on, so it's just something with the screen, just like the projector a few years ago stopped working and the image was emitted blurry, do you know if both things can be fixed or who would be advisable to go to repair it?

  Hello I come from the future. I have the same camera. The recording issue may be related to having dirt on the contacts. If you open the cassete extractor you can clean it up. If it can play, it should record. Mine had 3 issues: often automatically did zoom in, sometimes menu did not work, sometimes did not record. I tried to fix it, didnt work so I "spanked" it hard and started working perfectly. Now i just speak seriously with the camera and works.

  Didn't they also have one of these that was a video camera? It was basically a functional camcorder that was designed as a toy for kids. It was like TalkboyCam or something. I can't find it now though anywhere on the Internet. The only proof I have of it existing is my memory. I remember seeing an ad for it when I was a young kid, back in the early 1990s.

  Old video I know. However I am interested if there’s any possible way to transfer those Micromv video besides using Sony MovieShaker on an old laptop. I know TechMoan did the whole Apple Thunderbolt adapter thing but I’m just curious if there’s any way to do so hardware wise ?

  I have a fairly similar (but thankfully more minor) issue with my JVC GZ-MS100. Sometimes if you open the LCD the camcorder won't power on automatically, but I can still press the power button. However if I close the LCD then open it again, it powers on just fine. I don't know if they all do that, or if it's just my particular unit. But I figured it's worth nothing. No issues with the cracking flex cable so far, LCD remains on when swiveling the display up & down. However I've also heard the cheaper Panasonic SD camcorders from this era are also prone to the cracking flex cables for the LCD.

  I have owned it since 2003 and it is trustworthy. Its night photography is very excellent and has high sensitivity. Also night infrared imaging. Indeed, it is the digital revolution of its time. I still have many tapes of memories from them

  I’m having an issue where I moved the turntable to clean the desk it was on and when I plugged it in it will no longer spin or anything , tried this fix but still won’t turn when I press the buttons it’s like it’s not plugged in at all

  That worked. Ty! I picked up one of these for 15usd and in pretty good shape. The tonearm cue up and down is a lot nicer than the Sony equivalent. Might keep this one and gift the other

  Dodge even had more power than the 5.7 and 5.8 GM/Ford also the power was the same as Chevy 454 the 318 had the same hp,lower torque but nonetheless!!!

  Does anyone know if would it solve the issue with speed switch? The speed is ok for 33, but the button to switch it to 45 doesn't do anything, it still spins in 33.
