What does "manually detected" mean? A human watched your video and decided to add the claim?

Manual Claiming is very easy but it is only available on your device when you have a content ID

I have never gotten a manual copyright just regular copyright claim. When you violate copyright on KZread or a copyright strike the message "this video is a violations of KZread terms of service."

A copyright strike is completely different than a Content ID claim. This video does not apply in any way to copyright strikes.

I know KZread used to be descriptive as to why a video couldn't be played, before switching to the vague "This video is not available" messages. Now, it seems they are becoming a little vague with manual copyright claims on videos… or has it already been like this for a while?

It's been like this for a while.

Thanks mate, had the exact scenario. Now just have to work out how to remove the song without re-uploading the video as these type of claims don't give you the option like other. Cheers 🍻

What happen if I trimmed the copyright music part, is it gonna still claimed ? please help...

they now put song information in the description

Not always.

Can I as the uploader create a content ID match manually as well? That would be a great automatised way to ask the rights owners for permission, wouldn't it? Upload, say what song your video is matched to in case the content ID system doesn't recognise it on its own - and then you'll see whether the video remains private or whether you can publish it as monetised by the rights owners.
