I always love and support ubisoft like blizzard until they call everybody racist for no reason such as If you think the game is too high price that mean you are racist If there is black people appear in japanese culture and you feel odd that mean you are racist If you don't buy this game that also mean you are racist If the game involve with sweet baby inc and you don't like that pretty much racist Anything above make me change my mind about ubisoft forever that they don't care us as customer anymore but treat us like underprivileged people who would beg them to play their games or even become stripper just to experience their game

Once bi__chy American Comic Artist named Kelly Sue De Connick ever says '" If You Don't Like My Politics , Then Don't Buy My Books "" I think her words also become a front line jargon of western gaming industry as well , that mostly will says " If You Don't like Our Political Correctness , Then Youre Problematic and Don't buy Our Game " People simply want to play games to be entertained by a genuine creativity that served with smart execution , not simply want to lectured by toxic political progressivism And also the pagoda design of Assassins Creed Shadow ironically appropriating Chinese pagoda style not the Japanese one

Women ninjas are not ridiculous. Ninjas were assassins and spies in the feudal Japan, woman ninjas were called `kunoichi` and worked in castles as servants or prostitutes to gather information or carry on assassinations with poisons. By the way, there were female samurai too, like the most famous Tomoe Gozen.

Again these people live in denial. Like agenda peddling Hollywood these gaming “journalists” believe that shoveling corporate marketing and agenda driven pieces is the same as providing people with a great service, quality information and good writing. There is a reason why these gaming sites are withering away, people are leaving them for independents who provide what the “professionals” are completely lacking. Don’t blame “toxic fans”, the “audience” and the “consumer”, blame yourself. Get out of your echo chamber and listen to your target audience. You are not in charge, they are, unless of course you want to continue peddling that corporate agenda… …but the bottom line, even corporations need to generate a profit. Who generates that profit? The customer. The customer is always right, even if you try to brainwash them into “buying” stuff they don’t need, they have final say.

"Except for being included in the artbook in the Collector’s Edition?" Not only did Ubisoft plagiarize the images, they also chose to make ill-gotten gains for themselves by refusing to remove the images from the art book. They stole not only pictures from Sekigahara rifle corps, but also pictures from Soma Nomaoi! DEI? ha.

So I wanted to bring up a point. I've noticed a lot of people have been coming out with allegations in the last decade or so, usually with 20 or so years between the incidents and the charges. Is there a statute of limitations on these charges? It feels like they wait for a good amount of time to lapse almost in a hope that the person charged might have forgotten what exactly happened during the exchanges. It happens with actors, musicians, etc. and it feels like the entire intent is to capitalize on their fame. Sort of "I want money and I can force it out of celebrity X since they hugged me 15 years ago." I'm not advocating actions with bad intentions but I feel people can get star struck and go with things sort of spur of the moment, then years later hoping to cash in once the celebrity has risen in status. If Lady Gaga asked to kiss me I don't think I'd say no, but also in 20 years I wouldn't accuse her of forcing herself on me. There's one underground comedian I know of who if the fan is under the age of say 21 or so he will not pose with his arm around them in photos for just such a reason (which is smart in his defense). My point is why wait so many years to file a motion when it could be filed right after the event? In standard r*pe or harassment cases the charge is usually placed at the local police station right after the incident, yes? It feels like lately all it comes down to is a celebrity cash grab.

Why is everyone reporting that Ubisoft apologized to Japan or saying just that in the title? All they did was apologizing to the japanese group of which they took that banner in the game from and not to Japan as a whole.

UBI: I apologized for using the flag of a Japanese organization without permission in the concept art. Anyone who points out the unauthorized use of various other photos, construction ropes, guardrails, electric poles, cars, Chinese Buddha statues, Taiwanese monkeys, etc. is a racist.

I was a big fan of King's work back in the 70s and 80s. "Salems Lot" , "The Stand", "The Shining"... He wrote some great books back then. but the quality dropped off a cliff at some point and he has written nothing good in more than 30 years.

There are other "works" in the artbook that have been photobashed. In an image of misty mountains with cherry blossoms blooming below them, electric wires can be seen among the cherry blossoms. In an image of a samurai on horseback gazing at a wide plain and a castle across the river, part of the samurai seems to have been cut out from an image of an ancient event called "Sōma Nomaoi". A guardrail can be seen on the mountain in the background to the right, and electric poles and cars can be seen on the plain. The image of the port is the worst, and it has been revealed that it was made by cutting and pasting a large number of photos from the Edo and Meiji periods. Images of a mountain path overgrown with trees, a Chinese stone Buddha reversed on the mountainside, a monkey with a long tail that does not live in Japan, and a modern-day tiger rope can be seen on the far right, making it impossible to know what country or era the work is from. I am stunned that they are going to sell products that have absolutely no professionalism or morals at such high prices. Shouldn't they at least correct the ones that have been found to be problematic or replace them with other works?
