WHAT?! "Modern audiences"? What are they even talking about? There are people alive and well today who were alive and aware long before there was even a video game market! This "modern audiences" concept is a ridiculous and nonsensical notion. Their stupidity knows no bounds!

Another one of my favorite series gone down the gutter. Mass effect. Then spiderman. Then Batman. Now assasssins.

Sooner or later "they" are going to make the older games illegal for people to possess, much less play. People will only be allowed to access the version of games, movies, books, etc. that "they" want to allow people to have access to. That is why there was such a strong push towards digital media and streaming services. "They" want to get rid of the physical media because that is too hard for them to control.

I've already seen how fast the internet has influenced the world, thanks to the engineering of digital products on a mass scale for over forty years. We already have had suspect 'documentation' concerning the history of the world which coined the phrase - The winners rewrite history. Now they can keep up the pace with new generations. Never have I seen such a split between the social understanding between the oldest living and the new phone owners.

AC Hex sounds like it’s going to be littered with wichcraft and sattanism. The main protagonist will probably be an oppressed whitch, fighting for freedom from being sent to burn. Given how there’s so much normalization of whichraft from hollywd especially in the acolyte I wouldnt put it past them. I also don’t see how remaking older AC will be made for modern audiences. Those older games were already diverse. AC3 in particular has you playing as a Native American with a black mentor. So what is there to fix? I mean I’m all for a remake to improve on things like graphics or adding more content, but what could they possibly change in these older titles? Adding more lesbans? Gimme a break.

OOOOOOHHHHHHHH Remakes! They are working at getting rid of the old and original stuff to replace with their new stuff. The new stuff will be filled with their ridiculous ideas. We really, really don't want any remakes or new stuff from these "people". Right now the best thing to do is walk away and never look back.

We would like to enjoy "new stuff", but not from the weirdos who ruined everything else so far. Sales and viewership for the "new stuff" is down and staying down. We should take a step back and look at the big picture. These companies have offices around the world. In which country(ies) are the offices most likely to be closed? A particular country is on the way to being hit with a double, triple, quadruple wahnny!

As far as I'm concerned, we're better off just ignoring Ubisoft. They're beyond salvaging, not after they'd been found guilty of abusing female workers way back in 2020.
