    Never heard of microdosing workouts. I generally run or do kick boxing in the am and then strength in the evening. Im gonna try it! I'll add in some jump rope and rope flow in my day! thanks! great video.

    I wear barefoot shoes generally, from vivobarefoot. I’ll sometimes use altras to sprint, but I do a lot of barefoot sprinting in grass

    love your content, got my mouth tape on the way. I have always found that nose breathing made me feel whatever workout I was doing much more impactful. You learn nose breathing from yoga practice as well

    I play tug of war with my dogs holding the rope with my teeth. It trains your jaw muscles also. I have a pug and french bulldog..it's probably not safe to do with large dogs.😁

    Thanks for the info. Im new to bjj.49 y/o military vet. I learned early that calasthenics and strength training is critical in recovery and injury prevention. Im also not competing. I love the sport and the art and love training. Thanks for the info. Ill put it to good use.
