1. Keep mouth shut at night (Do vertical or use specialty tape just in case you have a deviated septum or some shit) 2. Breathe through nose when awake 3. Keep tongue to roof of mouth

Ayy I didn’t know you had a KZread channel! Big fan of the podcast. I’m gonna start to try and incorporate this into my workouts and sport. I’ve always had a bit of a stuffy nose but I still breathe predominantly through my nose (or so I think!) I’m hoping it will help me breathe easier as I strengthen my nose muscles more!

I tried the 3M micropore tape (12 pack for about 10 bux) I switched over to the Nexcare tape which is more expensive but it is a LOT easier to peel off and it does not feel like ur skin is goin to rip off.
rickson Gracie talks about breath a lot with jui jitsu and I believe also has a book on it. He believes there's moments where we should go in savage mode and breathe like a beast

Any tips on oral posture? I watched some videos for some tips and I can do it for a moment but I have trouble keeping my tongue in the right place. Last night it was giving me some anxiety while I was trying to sleep thinking about my tongue in my mouth too much.
Typically I breathe through my nose. Except for intense cardio. Or bad allergies in spring
I tried breathing from nose while playing football/soccer and it felt awesome
