    One thing that I try to keep in mind when building/quitting a habit is that it is going to suck before it is going to feel normal and even good. Acknowledging the pain takes away some of its control over us. Thank you Nsima, great vid!

    Haven’t watched the vid yet but for me it takes about 2 weeks of struggle to build a habit. Everytime I come back to working there’s 2 weeks of low motivation
