@@NsimaInyang hey man, how do you pronounce your name? Is it simply like "En-sima"? And the Inyang, is the "yang" like "yin-yang", or with an open "a" like what "young" sounds like?

When Ibwas wrestling, one of the coolest gym machines was a nautilus torso rotation machine that had a fixed seat so you could brace your lower body well (felt the rotation more in the t spine). Really useful movement for wrestling. 💪

I have 4 herniated discs. I had to stop BJJ due the twisting and pulling on the discs. I believe with my med regiment, massage therapy and decent warmups I can get back to it. These tips will be a big help for me to try to get back into the groove.

Go see a physio, and be careful with flexion patterns. If you do any type of spine flexion currently you should do it with no weight. Movements for spine stability would be money for you. Bottoms up kb carries, farmers walks, and more. Make sure your work is all pain free.

Do these movements unweighted, when they’re painless unweighted slowly add load. SLOWLY. Start with light dumbbells and work your way up keeping everything pain free. The program has a ton of regressions.
