@@NsimaInyang hey man, how do you pronounce your name? Is it simply like "En-sima"? And the Inyang, is the "yang" like "yin-yang", or with an open "a" like what "young" sounds like?
Also don't forget the turkish get up! Moving literally under weight is phenomenal for BJJ while strengthening your entire body, esp. you shoulders and core
Just started Jiu Jitsu.. been doing ATG stuff for over a year now and im really happy I did because i dont feel any pain or anything after class... gonna start doing these. Thanks for the knowledge Nsima!!

Of course!
When Ibwas wrestling, one of the coolest gym machines was a nautilus torso rotation machine that had a fixed seat so you could brace your lower body well (felt the rotation more in the t spine). Really useful movement for wrestling. 💪

Please do for hands and fingers and how to rehab/strengthen injured fingers!
I love your content man very helpful for my bjj journey. Are these safe exercises for someone with scoliosis? Would they help or make things worse?

I have 4 herniated discs. I had to stop BJJ due the twisting and pulling on the discs. I believe with my med regiment, massage therapy and decent warmups I can get back to it. These tips will be a big help for me to try to get back into the groove.

This can help, you just need to progress this stuff slowly!

Would the Front Squat work in place of the Zercher Squat for resisting flexion? On eye test, it would appear so. Extremely helpful video btw, thank you 🙏🏾
💪🏼💪🏼👊🏼
Love the video nsima. When you said psych about the lateral flexion QL raise does that mean don’t do it? Lok

Thank you, I will say, as an older person these exercises are useful and will help with aging. Remember you need to understand floor work is important, most people can’t get up from the floor like the younger years 👍🏼

What would you recommend for someone with L5-S1 Mild disc bulge with left paracentral annular tear. Facet arthropathy and fluid in the facet joints in L3/4 L5/S1?

Go see a physio, and be careful with flexion patterns. If you do any type of spine flexion currently you should do it with no weight. Movements for spine stability would be money for you. Bottoms up kb carries, farmers walks, and more. Make sure your work is all pain free.

Hahaha what?
What if someone is dealing with herniated disc spine flexion becomes nightmare.

Do these movements unweighted, when they’re painless unweighted slowly add load. SLOWLY. Start with light dumbbells and work your way up keeping everything pain free. The program has a ton of regressions.
Is the psyche comment suppose to mean you’re joking? It’s not clear…
