SanFran Fitness is a channel dedicated to Rebounding and Trampoline workouts.

We are a family company run by Claire and Scott Francis. We both have a huge passion for rebounding and love being able to pass on our enthusiasm to others. We offer fun and varied workout programmes for all ages and abilities.

No matter whether you are just beginning with your rebounder or have been bouncing for years, we have plenty of classes to keep you busy.

    @@marlenerodulfa4397 yes this is a perfect series. There are 4 classes and you can find them all in the beginners playlist. I also recommend rebounding for lipedema, plus size rebounding (parts 1-3), rebounding for restricted movement and rebounding for movement and mobility. All great low impact workouts that are ideal for beginners

    Don't let the title of this workout fool you. Whether you're plus size or not, a beginner or an experienced bouncer you can get a great workout from this one. I've been following Scott and Claire for years and when I first previewed this I thought it may be too basic. Not at all. I added a bit more energy, which had me pouring sweat by the end. And l loved the new choreography. It was a bit of a brain tease. I look forward to doing this one again so I can master the moves. Keep em coming Claire and thanks for all your hard work to keep us all in shape. 💜

    I am a well seasoned individual, both in age and rebounding 😉 and this is yet another video I love.     Today was a weight day. Started with this favorite weighted bounce routine. I used two pound dumbbells for this one because the moves are fast and that’s plenty when one is bouncing at the same time. This brings on the sweat. ❤️❤️❤️💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

    I really enjoyed rebounding today. My speed 100%. 😊😊 I need to get a new rebounder without springs, but I don't know which one is the best one to get. Mine is over 40 yrs old.🙃😏

I will say if you decide to switch to bungees please don’t be surprised if you find the change very different to begin with. We used springs for 6 years in the UK and when we switched I felt really unfit because then bounce is a lot softer. But over time my legs got stronger and I managed to work at the pace that I had before. Long term bungees are kinder to our joints than springs so it’s definitely worth investing well.     @@StoneHavenStudio this is our local dog shelter that we support and some of our own rescues have come from there. This video is about 4 years old now and Chica who runs the shelter is late into her 70’s now and supports not only 40 dogs and 20 odd cats but also local families in our town. She does an amazing job but is always in need of help and finds. So if you would like to support her the link is in the information of this video. Us ourselves have many rescue dogs and new ones now since this video was made and you can often see them on our social media pages of Facebook and Instagram

    A mention of the correct orientation of the bungees in the manual would have been helpful. Do I now have to disassemble the entire thing and start over?

    @@bethchaplin2023 they have but my husbands video is better and more detailed in explaining how to put the rebounder together. They preferred our video obviously by the sounds of it. But I still don’t understand how you can put the bungees on wrong? Your rebounder should come with the metal tool that easily allows you to flip it over the frame.

    @@sanfranfitness Yes, he did a great job with it! As it is pointed out in the video, the silver connector on each bungee should be at the bottom, not the top, as it can make a hole in the skirt. Unfortunately, that isn't in the manual; I wish it had been! (Or maybe I missed it?) I have to check all the bungees and see if they are oriented correctly.

    @@bethchaplin2023 just reposition them so that it’s not scratching the frame and near the mat. You don’t need to remove them and start again
