I'm very proud of this Step By Step class. When starting the series, my mum, Jennifer, was struggling to make 2,000 steps due to the heat of our warmer climate in Mexico. But, she came out to rebound every single day and showed signs of massive improvement in her general health and stamina just in 1 month.
This meant, Mum could join us on this 3,000 step workout. So let's all get inspired, get on our rebounder and smash these steps with my lovely parents.

Absolutely love your workouts. As someone else said your teaching is so thorough gentle and kind. Would love to see more workouts with you and your parents. I have quite a few health issues including osteoarthritis in both my knees. You motivate me to keep going. Thankyou and keep the amazing workouts coming 🙏

Thank you and so pleased these are helping. We will try to film more with my parents but we only see them once a year so it’s not always easy. Keep up the hard work and please explore our other low impact classes at the same speed. You can find them In the beginners playlist

@@sanfranfitness It feels safe? How’s the medical system there? I have thought about relocating to Mexico here and there… seems odd so many are fleeing to the states, while many of us are fleeing to leave the states! 🤣
