Welcome to our NEW Powered Up Trampoline and weights Series. Today is the first workout in this collection and we are here for just 10 minutes. But don't be fooled thinking that it is going to be easy........ this is where you need to challenge yourself with the weights that you choose. By the end of the 10 minutes you want to have elevated your hear rate and fatigued your muscles.
I am a using a mixture of 6kg dumbbells, 7.5 kg and an 8 kg Kettlebell.

I bundled this up with the 12 & 14 min series along with Scott’s Bounce Fit Power Weight Mashup. I was pretty wiped out when it was all said and done. Great workout ❤❤❤. Thank you

Definitely got my heart pumping, and I really like mixing cardio with weight training. I liked it so much, that I did part 2 right afterwards. Whew!!!

@@sanfranfitness it was challenging, but doable. I like that it was broken up with cardio on the rebounder, and then a weight session. I am looking forward to the next two parts of the series.

These are brilliant. I’ve done the 10, 12, & 14 a couple times now (a little scared of the 16). They’re the perfect length for a quick morning workout. And even though they’re short, I always sweat. Thank you!

Such a great workout. Struggled a bit the first time I tried it and felt sore in my obliques the next day which was awesome. I need to strengthen my core. Tried it again a day later and it felt really good. Definitely a staple for a good workout in a short amount of time.

Oh my gosh, I love this Powered Up Trampoline & Weights workout!! It's a great combination of strength training, abs and cardio, and I love the variety of using both dumbbells and kettlebells!!! Just done this - absolutely love having the mix of rebounding with weights - like you I’m moving more towards the weights now I’m into my 40s! Only had 3kg, 5kg and 6kg to use - 3kg was probably too light for the halos so may just use the 2 heavier ones next time. Can’t wait to see the other workouts in the series when they come out 😊

I’m afraid I can’t answer that as there are a lot of factors to consider…..how hard did you work? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Sorry it would be false of me to give you a number
