Here is Part 2 of our Powered Up Series and todays class is 12 minutes. Like with the previous video we are using weights alongside our trampoline. I am using 4kg, 5kg & 6kg dumbbells and the idea is to challenge yourself so that within the 50 secs of work you can feel your body working hard.

    I bundled this up with the 10 & 14 min series along with Scott’s Bounce Fit Power Weight Mashup. I was pretty wiped out when it was all said and done. Great workout ❤❤❤. Thank you

    Wow Wee!! Awesome cardio and strength moves in this workout!! Love the 130 BPM's!! I added this onto another 15 minute cardio rebounding session and what a fantastic workout!!! Looking forward to the next 2 workouts in the series!! Yay!! 💥💪🔥🙌🙌😀

    So did this after the 10 min powered up .....thought I'd challenge myself and boy was it a challenge 🥵🥵But a good one. 😂 The basket ball jumps were made easier by pretending i was catching a slice of cake 🤭The two workouts together were just brilliantly brutal...every part of me screamed at the end and yet i feel sweaty but buzzing now , and yes i was dripping 😢😢

    Why not show a video where weights are used WHILE on the rebounder. It's been shown that this is so much more effective as a workout. Use light weights, 3 - 5 lbs.
