Love this workout with the seamless moving from element to element. I really like this combination of moves. Also, fantastic music and strong beat. Please consider redoing this with your leaps and rebounds rebounder and your wonderful sound system. Smiles and thanks.

496jas well done and hope you enjoy it. Rather than bouncing up try to think more about pushing down into the mat. This will give you a harder workout and the force will naturally start to lift you up. Rebounding is about trying to push past the force of gravity rather than bouncing high. Hope this helps 👍

This is one of my favourite workouts out of all the ones you guys have done (there are many fantastic ones!). I really get my heart rate up and it's perfect for days when I have little time and/or am not feeling overly motivated. Thank you for these!!

@@sanfranfitness Here it is a year later... and this is still one of my favourite workouts from SanFran. The tempo must be faster than others because it always has me breathing hard at the end! And I love the mix of moves, the way it's put together and the music. It's my go-to workout from you!

Sorry but not enough variety for me unlike other workouts of 8 minutes also you said 10 minutes but was in excess of it …. A countdown so we know what stage we are at !!! Found it frustrating …. Just my experience ….. music was great though
