16 mins NEW Powered Up Trampoline & Weights Series - on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline

This is the fourth class in our Powered Up Series & we are adding on another 2 minutes of exercise. Beginning with weights we are using a mixture of dumbbells & kettlebells to get the most out of this quick hit session.
I am using 4kg (9lbs) & 6kg (13lbs) dumbbell & an 8kg (17.5lbs) kettlebell. 50 seconds working, 10 seconds rest.
We wrap the class up on our rebounder and finishing off with cardio.

    Particularly like your warm up, cool down and the cardio rebounding sequences. I do not normally want to do floor work weights but this workout is my exception. Thank you for including the cool down stretch as it is very necessary for me and my muscles (they like to cramp if not stretched). I assume the music is Scotts; wonderful voice-over cueing regarding time. As always, a quality workout. Thank you for the 10-minute routines as I am always crunched for time.

    Agh - as promised have done this one as well this week! It’s a mini heat wave in the UK - so felt your pain a little today (although probably without the humidity!) I honestly think this is my favourite series of yours that I’ve done - I’m 41 so heading into the next stages of life and aware it’s a good idea to be including resistance and weights more frequently - so these are just perfect for me, thank you x

    Been following you guys for years. Keep up the good work. I know that you think it is too dangerous for your viewers, but why don't you show a session using very light dumbbells (3-4 lb) while on the trampoline. There is research available that shows this is very good for the muscles with the added bounce - bicep curls, overhead press, and such.

    Can you please change the background music in your pokemon trampoline video for kids. Please consider choosing something calmer as current distorted electric guitar isn’t nice to hear. Great videos but just one criticism regarding background music. Thanks

    I’m afraid we can’t alter music once this has been uploaded to KZread. Sorry it’s not to your liking. Maybe a suggestion is playing the video on silent and then using your own music would be more to your liking? Hope this solves the issue Many thanks 😊
