38 Minutes Rebounding Circuit using Low Weights on a Mini Fitness Trampoline.

Today we have a 38 minute Rebounding Circuit using a low weight. I have 1kg weights in this video but you could increase it to 1.5kg. Might not sound like much, but when you combine it with the cardio, you will definitely feel it!

    Great workout - I used 3 lb. weights and by the end they felt like 20 lbs! Oh, and I'm 66 but with workouts like this I feel and look 36!

    I'm 67 I've been using my cellerzier I just bought for the past 2 months. I've been working on my balance and knees to get them stronger from an injury. Now I'm slowly incorporating the small one lb Weight's from my ankle belt and will move up to the 3 lb. I have to laugh, even tho I feel I've kept in good shape all these yrs...i can only get through a bit more than half this workout right now. I always listen to my body and know I'm never in any competition except with myself. I too have always taken care of myself and look and mostly feel in my early 40's....congrats on your success!

    After over indulging in champagne and cake last night I really wanted to rebound to a mindless tv show today, however this video popped up in my home feed and I thought "why not?" Even tho it is deep in the archives of SanFran fitness, it is absolutely one of my favorite workouts! I can see why it has 600 likes. The music is terrific, I was a sweaty mess, Claire is superb with her commands so it's incredibly easy to follow along. (If you are reading this SFF, add this one to your remake list, it's fantastic!)

    So. Discovered this one today. Not sure why I hadn't done it before.... but think I hadn't spotted it. I do the other bounce with weights workout. Loved this. Vintage sanfran. Used 1 kilo weights. Felt fabulous afterwards. Wont be the last! It's a time is money workout, bit like a rowing machine.... does it all, all at once! Perfect 👍🙏

    Tip for those who do it for the first time: When she says about the certain move "last time" it means that you will repeat that move in circuit 4 or 5 times more. You'll do better with sound off. Apart from that, great workout.

    Proper gun Jah it’s no problem. We have only talked today about removing these earlier videos and re producing them as we realise the sound quality is not up to scratch. Maybe you have just confirmed what we have been discussing! But I would appreciate you taking a look at our new videos and see what you think. Also please bear in mind if watching on a computer or tablet the sound is always less because computers generally are not great for sound. Tv is best for this kind of thing if you can or add in a speaker attached to your tablet to boost it.

    I love this! Will this tone my arms? I dont want big bulky muscle arms i just want to tone it.will this give me muscles? 1kg is 2 lbs right?

    dee shizzle ma nizzle anything with weights will help tone up so keep with it and try and do between the 1-1.5kg on a trampoline. Maybe more if you want to try my Christmas series weight video I did. You can then go heavier on that. Also if you are looking for Toning then try my husbands power weight videos. Great to mix up the cardio with a weight workout to. 😍

    AGAINST your recommendation, I went into x2 1.5kg weights and within 5 minutes, my mid side back on both sides started complaining considerably. I tried again without the weights but too late so I will take your advice next time. In fact I think I need to ditch the weights on rebounding for now.

    bernie gatt oh dear hope you recover soon. It never feels like a lot until you start bouncing and even I don’t like to use 1.5kg for long. But practice makes perfect and starting off low will help. 😊

    SanFran Fitness thank you for your reply. Is the diameter of your whole rebounder 1 meter or just the mat. My whole rebounder is 1 meter and the mat is only 77cm. I’m just wondering if I would get a better workout with a bigger mat size.

    I can only jump as fast as you if I bend my knees more, but am ready to add more weights. Which should I work on?

    Hi Norma are you on a sprung rebounder or a bungee cord? I would maybe work on your bounce and trying to get the correct technique so you are comfortable but on the other hand if you need to work on arms, then keep your bounces low (meaning feet intact with the mat) and perform the arm exercises so that you can focus on that rather than your bouncing. Hope this helps 😊

    I'm using the fitbounce Pro & it doesn't rebound quick enough😤......I've been sporty all my life so like to move quick. Apparently the cellerciser is the best for safe equal rebound. What are you guys using🤔🤔🤔

    Tokoriro sting I’ve been teaching bounce for 5yrs now and it’s great. We teach a lot of different classes each week and I find this is nice and gentle on my joints but stills gives me a great workout. 😍

    Aswathy achu no I use 1kg or no more than a 1.5kg. You may struggle to keep up with the pace using 2kg

    Aswathy achu very difficult to answer this as everyone is different and it depends how hard you work in your workouts. The more you push through the mat the harder of a workout you will get. Sorry don’t like to give false expections with numbers etc. Hope this makes sense
