This 35 min Rebounding & Strengthening workout will focus on working the whole body. Towards the end of the class we work on balance to help strengthen your core. If you find it too hard to perform these exert use on the trampoline, then move onto the floor and use a chair for support.

When you say you know what you're doing, I laugh and think not in 70 years!!! Such a great workout. I do sometimes take a break to catch my breath, but I somehow manage to get it all done!!!! You both just make it entertaining. Thank you.

Wonderful and well done. This is a really old workout of ours, so if you are new, please check out the beginners playlist. Recently we have uploaded some great starter classes with a slower pace and easier style moves. Would be great for you to learn the basics and get comfortable with your rebounder. Another great workout from SanFran. I did it this morning and it's deceptively simple. I worked up a real sweat and the balance section at the end was a challenge. Keep them coming please :-)

Who knew 1 arm jumping jacks would take so much concentration 🤣 The weather is horrible in Adelaide too but feel much better after that session 👍

SanFran Fitness Thank you! I was starting to feel like I had to purchase the Bellicon but at almost £500 I’m trying to avoid that!

Paulie Walnuts that’s ok. You may struggle with the bellicon as it’s a lot springy and some of our workouts have a faster bpm in the music. The ones we have (and there is also Fitness mad trampolines) are maximum about £180. If you want to rebound regularly then I would recommend going for a commercial use trampoline rather than something that is more for just pleasure. Hope this makes sense and any other questions just ask.

I currently have a £30 Decathlon piece of junk that isn’t doing my body any favours and I am definitely looking for something on which I can keep up with a higher BPM that’s not too soft. And yes, I want to use it as often as possible! It is a rebounder minefield out there! Thank you for your advice - and your workouts are fab!

Sorry this is all out of our control. We have opted for no commercial breaks but this class was copyrighted for the music, meaning we earn no money off the content. So KZread can do what they like with the adverts. Maybe try some of our newer content as you shouldn’t get interrupted as my husband now creates all our own music
