Day 13 and we are on our rebounders for a 20 minute workout that is going to fly by, there is so much content packed in! We have 4 sections that we repeat twice and then we put it all together for one final time.

Just done this with Storm Eunice raging outside 🥵🥵Took my mind of the wind but my life this was hard. I was rubbish but stuck it out to the bitter end 🤣🤣 Thanks again for keeping theses workouts interesting. 👌🏻

Ouccccccchhhhhhh! Loved it, hated it. At the last run through, I had to stop for a minute through the leg pulses; my thighs were burning. I finished it though and I am sweating. Thanks Claire and hope Scott is on the mend and feeling better. Christine

Day 13 rocks!!!! All the moves are powerful and invigorating!!! And the pace is fantastic!!!!! Loved it Claire! Wow Day 14 tomorrow and then Day 15, and I have loved every minute of it!!!!! 💛💛💛💛💛!!!!!

Wow, this has got to be the hardest workout yet, brilliant as always! 😉 I'm thoroughly enjoying the weights too and have added them on to my rebounding session everyday. Along with kick start I'm doing dry January. I Hope Scott is on the mend, and thanks again for all your encouragement and great workout sessions 👍😊 Dawn xxx

We all have days like that so not to worry. You turned up and that’s the main thing
oof this was a tricky one for me to keep up with, but I tried my best and modified a few moves. Great workout though as ever.
