Day 6, Jan 2022, Kick Start Rebounding Series, 15 mins workout on our Leaps & Rebounds Trampolines

Day 6 and on our rebounders and increasing the routine by 5 mins as well as upping the tempo of the pace very slightly.
We have 2 sections that we will repeat twice and then we put it all together for one final round.
These rebounding workouts are all about having fun with your trampoline and seeing exercise as a love rather than a chore.

    2nd choice of the day after a brutal 15 min arms workout. Ive not tried this one before and it really was fun, Scott kills me though 😂I ended up doing his claps and ski arms ...sorry Claire 😂Im not brilliant at quick changes but i think i did ok..not very graceful but i kept on til the end. Im literally dripping though , its so muggy here , my sweat is sweating. 🥵🥵I will definitely do this again...bouncing and laughing is a definite winner 🥰🥰

    @sanfranfitness I've actually hired a trainer so won't be doing the strength workouts w y'all but will continue the rebounding for my cardio and lymph!
