Day 8 and we have a 15 minutes routine on our rebounders with a slight cowboy theme thrown in! Get ready to do the jockey and round up some horses with this fun workout. We have 2 sections that we will repeat and then put it all together for a final run through.

Rebekah and I really love this workout. She has spring break this week so we are bouncing along with you at least 2 times a day. She especially likes seeing your dogs. :)

I love this workout, I’m learning to explore all your playlists 😆 not making assumptions just because it labeled as a kickstarter. These are exactly for my late day jumps which is an adjunct on to my routine morning workout. I also have to say I love seeing your dogs, they certainly are very fortunate rescues to be living in paradise with such a loving family. They appear to have so much property to roam yet they know they have a comfortable place to sleep and their bellies will be full ❤. It truly warms my heart. Thank you so much. Oh, I love the jockey move 😁

This is a short fun happy workout, perfect for a day where you are just squeezing in an extra jump, maybe this is all you want for the day or you’re adding it with others. Either way, win win 😊❤ yey!
