The Power of Rebounding: How A Rebounder Can Change Your Life

Do not underestimate the power of rebounding. A daily rebounder workout can literally change your entire life. I jump on my rebounder as a part of my daily morning ritual. It's an easy and effective way to biohack your body so that you can become stronger, more flexible and healthier. If you want to learn more about rebounding, check out David Hall's Cellerciser: projectlifemastery.com/rebounder
In this video, Stefan shares with you the power of rebounding, and how a rebounder can change your life.
The rebounder, also known as a mini-trampoline or a cellerciser, applies weight and movement to every cell, causing the entire body to become strong, more flexible and healthier.
Your body is made up of 75 trillion cells. When you jump up and down on the rebounder, your 75 trillion cells are flexing 100 times/minute, which helps to strengthen each cell in the body.
When our cells are healthy, every function in our body works better.
Some of the benefits of using the rebounder include - increased endurance, weight loss, strength and muscle, tone, improved flexibility, improved circulation and toxin elimination, to name a few!
The rebounder is an investment that will change your life for the better.

Buying one of these was the best health decision I ever made. Super convenient, easy on the joints, fun, don't have to leave the house or depend on good weather.... literally changed my life. This was 8 years ago, have not missed a day since.

I just bought a rebounder and its absolutely the most fun ive ever had. I'm gonna get a better one though that you just recommended. I have Lymphodema and my legs have painful swelling and if given up on running I missed it so much. I went on a trampoline with my niece and it absolutely made me so happy and my legs felt BETTER while on it and afterwards! I just got the trampoline yesterday and already have done 2 workouts and feel so much more energetic and happy. thank you for this recommendation. I will be investing in another high quality trampoline.

I bought a rebounder and keep it in the living room. I use it every day and so do the kids which is another nice benefit. The kids also get exercise in the house! Exercise equipment is likely to just sit around getting dusty but not the rebounder!

I just received my Jumpstart 350 rebounder. . I bought this for my son who has autism I just want him to burn excess energy while we are stuck at home, social distancing during this pandemic. I had fun bouncing on it too till I learn that there are a number a benefits using this! I cannot believe this method has been around for years. So it's a win-win. Fun for the whole family and getting exercise at the cellular level at the same time.

I am just starting my research so don't crucify me. I'm thinking of buying a rebounder to help with building up my bone density. Got the shock of my life recently that I have osteopetrosis. Really believe it's due to long term use of PPIs. I've dumped them and have been trying to heal through good diet.

Love the look of your house. Wouldn't mind a house tour. Yes the rebounder is an essential part of my life just after less than two months. I didn't have one before because I lived on the first floor and thought it would annoy the neighbours. Now I know how good it is I'm telling everyone I love it. Lookin forward to more of your videos.

It's a JB Bern's one that he created how many years ago, I bought mine when he created it and started selling them, I bought mine immediately during that time, and it's still going strong. I have all his dvds that came with it, their super intensive plus intermediate and so so much fun, his a fantastic fitness instructor.

Thank you for the explanation. Upon starting rebounding this week, after 16 years of nonstop daily cardio for hours with minimal results, I can *FEEL* the results. I have parts of my body recovering that I never even knew existed! My abs have that ache of having had done about 2,000 crunches yesterday. I used to be a gymnast as a teenager so I feel like a little kid again. Can still do all the flips and handsprings on a large trampoline. Would you recommend that? I feel like I can fly, it's fun. I really want to save up and get a very nice rebounder some day. (But my job is on "pause" currently, due to "Covid-19"). Are there any sources or websites you'd recommend to get a decent one at a decent price? I am very scared that I could get injured on my current one. I'm hoping the aches in certain back areas are from doing workouts and not from a cheaper rebounder. Because I feel I'm falling in love 😍 with the process.

I don't want my neighbors to think I'm having an "intimate moment" - if you get my drift.
