Rebounding exercise for lymphatic drainage (Best Exercise for your Immune System)

Using a rebounder trampoline is the best exercise for your immune system! I use the rebounder trampoline for detoxing and for lymphatic drainage. Rebound exercise is a great way to exercise to detox your body and support your lymph system. You use gravity to support your lymphatic system.
I've used a ReboundAir trampoline for over 10 years! Get it here: bit.ly/reboundair

@@cutiepie7600 Hi there! When I first started exercising using the rebounder I did it 3 days a week for 10 minutes. I slowly worked my way up to 5 days a week for 15-20 minutes per day. The first thing I noticed and fairly quickly was the muscle I was gaining. I'm not sure about the weight loss, but I know my clothes definitely fit better and I'm more toned. Remember... muscle weighs more than fat. Hope that helped.

I credit it with helping me to recover from Open Heart Surgery. The construction of this product is amazing and ingenious!!!. I have not had any parts wear out or become damaged, but on their website, you can find replacement parts, and there are videos on KZread. They are also easy to reach by phone. Also, thank you for all your information on beating cancer. We have a family member facing this challenge. We are sharing your information.

It is easy to think you have to "go crazy" on a rebounder. I just do the "easy stuff" with stretching and will move onto weights and body taping and whatever else can be invented! I'm done when my body says "that's enough." But I like your advice of 3x a day for 7 to 10 minutes. Blessings to you.

Steve Jay - i have been drinking the same water **Wade Lightheart drinks- ionized electrolyze alkalyzed water - which absorbs into the cells instantly as the cells recognize the water molecules structure with the electrical charge. Its changed my life to be properly hydrated-within the first month of drinking it, the childhood eczema i had went away! Finally! And its been 8 years since.. docs said “NO CURE” - wrong. Proper hydration with electrolyzed ionized alkalyzed water is the only way to properly hydrate and stimulate the cellular respiration process needed daily for detox, and hydration for the cells to transport nutrients. I say all that to share, that alkalyzed water has a shelf life. It is alive. Not dead water as all water is not the same...water on the shelf w sodium bicarbonate in it can build up causing sickness. **Check out Dr Michael Donaldson’s, Dr Shinya (who created and specializes with colonoscopy) videos on You Tube ; change your 💦 change your life!!!

Cara B Hi Cara, I'm very happy with the JumpSport. I wrote a detailed review on Costco.com that would probably be helpful to read. I would definitely get it again at Costco if I were looking for one. I understand being torn between getting a cheap one & spending more, but IMHO the only viable solution is to get the JumpSport. It is the only bungee model other than the much more expensive Bellicon. Personally, I could not bear the noise of springs, even if not very loud. If you get a cheaper model, you probably will not use it because it will feel so very different and unpleasant. I understand cheaper models are stiffer, therefore not as pleasant to use. I have 7 children, and when the rebounder is in the house (as it usually is), they often are bouncing on it, to their benefit of course. I have to be careful with our budget as well, but think you need to think carefully about this choice. Best to you! Bob

Hello, Chris. I have a question. I have a bellicon mini trampoline, I have been bouncing on it for 20 minutes on a beginners level. My problem us that my entire legs ache and knees also some burning sensation. But it didn't start until a few days later. Did you have this issue when you started rebounding and do you have any suggestion. I am about 50 pounds over weight. Thanks for your time.

I love rebounding .. have been doing it a lot for the last few months. I don't like hearing the sound of the springs squeaking. i lubricated them but they still squeak. Wish I could get a bungee type rebounder on the cheap. Craigslist perhaps.

Cathy L. I got mine from Walmart. It has straps, has lasted quite awhile and was about 30$. I think it was Gold's brand. I really want a bellicon, but they're so expensive!
