    Been doing rebounding since the start of the COVID pandemic so one year now, i'm addicted to it,i bounce daily for 40 mins. Lost most of the famous visceral fat on my tummy ,made me sleep so much better at night, breathing a lot better, and it's so much fun! I'm 58 yrs young

    I did it regularly to happy music videos thirty years ago and then moved house and stopped, I must have been crazy. Just bought one in a charity shop as much for mental health during lockdown as fitness. How long before you go to bed do you exercise in order to improve your sleep. And do you wear trainers like the people in the videos as I always feel bare feet must be better as it would stimulate the acupressure points in the feet. Thank you. Namaste 🙏

    5 years ago we purchased the Bellicon large rebounder. It's just exquisite. Quiet and feels like you're floating. Very smooth bounce. Yea...mine was eight hundred bucks....but it was worth every penny. I use my 5-10 times a day. When my grandson got on it the first time, he stayed bouncing for over 2 hours non stop. He still loves it.

    I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer back in May of 2019. I underwent chemo and radiation for 8 weeks. Before my diagnosis I worked out doing Kangoo jumps for 2 years which is the same concept of rebounding except they're Kangoo boots. (There are several videos on KZread). Before I found Kangoo I was doing Taebo for 20 years. I believe a good workout regime is vital for overall health. Unfortunately, I could not exercise or eat during treatments due to location of my tumor which closed off my esophagus and I had to have a pegtube for 4 months. I am 5'9 and lost down to 105lbs and way too weak to exercise. Anyone who has undergone aggressive cancer treatment knows it's very hard to get back to normal. I am so glad to have found this video and want to buy a rebounder. I still don't have the endurance I used to have so I am currently using an elliptical but I don't feel any benefits of it like I did Kangoo. I just need to work my way back and this "rebounding" may just be the way to help me. Thank you. ❤️

    Hope all is going well; the great thing with rebounding, is you can use it for both gentle health bouncing and more invigorating fitness bouncing. The key is to work at your pace and listen to your body. You can get a benefit from as little as 30 seconds, which is why we recommend a little a lot - gentle health bouncing 30 secs to 2 mins, 3 to 5 times a day (or more if you are able), when you are working with a health condition. It's important to keep your medical practitioner advised of any exercise you undertake while undergoing treatment or recovering from injury or illness.

    Be sure to avoid carageenan in foods! Both my sister and I had hugely swollen (tennis ball size!) armpit nodes and in both cases it was because we started drinking faux milks with a lot of carageenan. After quitting carageenan, the nodes normalized in a few days. Later I found out that carageenan is giving to lab rats to induce immune system disorders! Avoid all gums, but esp carageenan!

    What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzread.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

  • @ReboundSATV

    @ReboundSATV

    Жыл бұрын

    Bellicons are recognised as the Rolls Royce of rebounders and do carry a similar price tag :). There are a number of quality units on the market, but it is also important to choose a rebounder with a soft, absorbent bounce. Spring based units should have jumbo tapered springs and bungees should be high quality bungees. Cheaper units can be more jarring, as they bottom out due to a smaller tube shaped spring or cheaper bungees which stretch. Always buy a rebounder based on how it feels in your body.

    Hi, thanks for your kind feedback; holding your hands on an area, increases blood and lymph circulation (usually noticed by an increased warmth), which boosts oxygenation and drains excess fluids at the target. It harnesses the principle of energy following thought. The key is to relax, breathe slowly and deeply and focus gently on your hands.

    I use this therapy in my Trampilates classes for those with lymphedema, inflammation, cancer, diabetes, lupus, sarcoidosis and so much more! Great for clearing toxins, lymph drainage coordination, balance and strong bones. It has helped improved their lives tremendously and gives you so much energy. Anyone can do this, my 91 y.o. even loves it!!!

    Do you know if Neuro (cerebral dysplasia, cyst and DVM) or spinal bump (told not concerning) concerns can be helped with rebounding? May sound silly but to us really curious if theres any health benefits. Ped neuro says try what ever and see if it bothers then stop.

    When doing the targeting organs workout are supposed to just place your hands over the area or Press your hands over the area?

    Yes, just place your hands over the area, hold comfortably, without pressure and 'feel' your hands while you breathe slowly and deeply. It's a bit like using jumper cables with a car. Using the bounce to stimulate a mild bio-elecrical charge, (based on Farraday's First Law of Electromagnetic Induction - whenever a conductor is placed in a varying magnetic field, an electromotive force is induced - the body is electrical and the earth privides the magnetic field), we can stimulate both blood and lymphatic flow at the target area. This can help to boost waste removal, increase cellular oxygenation and improve functioning.
